The Round-Up is set to take place in April, and will be the association's first Spring Round-Up since before Covid.
From Thursday, April 7 to Sunday, April 10, the BWA will be returning to the land at the Anglia Motel, near Holbeach.
The weekend is open to everybody, including non-members and those who are just wanting to visit for the day.
Thursday night will be a welcome evening, followed by a social evening on the Friday.
Saturday will have the popular fast draw competition and other Western games, including archery, knife throwing, roping and throwing arrows.
Then in the evening Country musician Kenny JR will be performing live, and everyone will have a chance to celebrate the weekend and dress in their Western finery.
Chairman, Mark Firth, said: "It's a good old fashioned get together, it's something we all need, and there's so many looking forward to the weekend."
